Hypnosis & Regression Therapy
With hypnosis and regression, we journey to the core of a traumatic experience — allowing you to process and transform it in a gentle, loving, and compassionate way.
Everyone goes through impactful experiences in life. But what if one of those events was so overwhelming that it's still affecting your daily life — even now? Chances are, you've already talked about it, maybe seen different therapists or tried various methods — but it hasn't fully helped.
That may be because you've tried to process it consciously, while your subconscious is still on high alert, triggered by anything that reminds it of the event.
Hypnosis and regression allow us to return to the root of that experience — together — and gently release its hold. In a hypnotic state, your conscious mind quiets, your inner critic softens, and space opens up for your subconscious to be seen, heard, and healed.
Sometimes, simply revisiting the experience through the eyes of the present moment is enough to create deep healing. Because the issues we work with often stem from long ago, sessions can bring intense — and often liberating — emotions to the surface.
This work is about looking deeper. Not just treating symptoms or giving the past "a place," but truly understanding what's happening beneath the surface.
Together, we map out your limiting beliefs and emotional blockages through conversation, and then guide the process back to the root of the problem — so it can be released and transformed into what you do want.
Instead of coping, accepting, or "learning to live with it," you can choose to truly let go and transform.
In truth, I don't put you into hypnosis — I help you come out of the trance you've unknowingly lived in. You begin to see the truth and reality of what happened. You start to feel it, understand it, and release the old stories and patterns you've carried for so long.
Many people have a misconception about hypnosis — picturing stage shows where people lose control. This work has nothing to do with that.
Through the use of different techniques and ancient wisdom, we gain access to the subconscious mind. We revisit the key moments in your life where your patterns and pain began — and that's where we begin to heal.
Research shows that only about 5% of our behavior is conscious, and the remaining 95% happens subconsciously.
By consciously connecting to that 95%, you can finally understand what's been running your life from the shadows. And with that awareness, you gain the power to change, release, and transform. This brings more clarity, lightness, freedom, and the ability to truly heal at the root.
You begin to feel lighter, as if a heavy burden has finally been lifted. You feel more joy, positivity, peace — and open the door to growth, purpose, and expansion.
You release old patterns of thought and emotion, outdated programming, and deep-seated pain.
You don't just learn to live with it — you let it go.
